LOFAR2 Beamformed Pulsar Folding Pipeline

This is a `Common Workflow Language (CWL) <https://www.commonwl.org/>`_ pipeline to dedisperse LOFAR raw pulsar beamformed complex-voltage (XXYY) 32-bit or 8-bit HDF5 data and also beamformed Stokes I data, and fold it modulo pulsar period with `DSPSR software package <https://dspsr.sourceforge.net/>`_ developed by Willem van Straten :cite:p:`vanstraten2011`. This pipeline represents the CWL implementation of existing functionality in the original Pulsar Pipeline (PulP) for LOFAR1 (see :cite:t:`kondratiev2016`). Please note, that the pipeline is still in development, so some changes in the workflow and documentation might happen in the future. The name of the pipeline is also not finally decided, the current development working name is PulP2-DSPSR-folding, but more sensible name (such as "LOFAR2 Beamformed Pulsar Folding Pipeline") might be agreed upon in the near future.
